Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced the registration of foreign players for the second round of the Sri Lanka Premier League Twenty20 Cricket Tournament to be held on Friday (September 24).
Players wishing to participate in this year’s tournament can go to the official website of Sri Lanka Cricket www.srilankacricket.lk and register. Applicants wishing to apply must complete their applications before 12 noon on October 05.
Following the registration process, the LPL Players will be eligible to draft for the selection of tournament players.
– Foreign players
L.P.L. Foreign players wishing to qualify for the tournament draft must meet the following qualifications, where the players have represented their national team, or have played first-class cricket, or have played in a major T20 tournament based on the full member board tournament. Must have played. Those players must be approved by the relevant cricket board.
– Group composition
The second round of the Ceylon Premier League, which runs from December 4 to December 23, will feature five teams as in the previous tournament. The team’s initial squad should consist of 20 players, with the team owning 14 local players and 6 foreign players.
