In order to mourn the death of Queen Elizabeth II, all government institutions in this country have been informed to fly the national flag at half-mast from tomorrow (September 09).
It was announced by President Ranil Wickramasinghe.
From 1952 to 1972, she served as the Queen of Sri Lanka and as the head of the Commonwealth of Nations.
