The writ petition filed by Kayleigh Fraser, a British national challenging the decision to deport from Sri Lanka for issuing false information through her Facebook page in support of the struggle was dismissed by the Court of Appeal today.
Immigration officials canceled her visa and told her to leave the country before the 15th. She challenged it and went to court asking for an order to cancel the arbitrary decision to deport her.
