    Be patient about the power failures

    Dear All,
    Due to the prevailing bad weather, power failures and breakdowns have been excessively increased so that average 5000 calls per hour are received to our all call centers. Subsequently, around 1/5 of calls were not answered.

    Our breakdown teams attached to 230 consumer centers are working around the clock to fix the breakdowns island-wide.

    We extremely sorry for the unavoidable delaying in some repairs due to excessive breakdowns with current bad weather.

    We very kindly request our customers to be patient until fixing your repairs as soon as possible.
