Britain finds a new way to sell liquor in supermarkets

Supermarkets in the UK have decided to use an automated camera system to determine the age of consumers who buy alcohol.

Accordingly, it has been decided to use this technology to provide an efficient service by minimizing the time required to verify the identity cards of the consumers who purchase liquor.

According to the new system, if the customer agrees, their age will be determined through the camera system, where if the customer is found to be under 25 years of age, his / her ID will be checked by a store employee.

The age-determination technology is being implemented through a company called Yoti, which claims to be using an algorithm designed by using data from more than 150,000 people.
