Two SriLankan aircraft were flown from Beijing, China to Colombo today carrying the largest consignment of vaccines ever to expedite the process of covid eradication in Sri Lanka.
Two special aircraft carrying 2 million doses of Sinopharm vaccine arrived in the island this morning.
Thus brought today were the 2 million vaccines purchased by the Sri Lankan government.
Accordingly, 9 million Sinopharm vaccines received and purchased as donations to Sri Lanka have been flown to Sri Lanka by SriLankan Airlines so far.
Accordingly, SriLankan Airlines continues to support the national process of Covid repression.
