The Major General who was arrested by the Habarana Police on suspicion of assaulting a wildlife officer on duty at the Minneriya National Park has been released on two sureties of Rs. 500,000 each by the Kekirawa Magistrate’s Court.
The suspect Major General was produced before the Habarana Police and released on bail.
