Mr. Pradeep Yasaratne, who was appointed as the Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, Judiciary, Labour, Provincial Council and Local Government, has resigned from that position.
He previously worked as the Western Province Secretary and Colombo District Secretary and is a senior official in the administrative field.
His resignation was attended by the chief officers of all the agencies under the Ministry of Labour.
