The Election Commission of Sri Lanka has announced the official dates and locations for the postal voting of the 2024 presidential election, which begins today.
Below is the full list of candidates running for the 2024 presidential election and their official ballot marks.
In addition to today, an opportunity has been given for marking postal votes on the 6th in the relevant places.
Marking of postal votes will be done on 05th and 06th for the staff in tri-forces bases and all other government institutions.
However, the Election Commission stated that the postal voters who are unable to mark their postal votes on the relevant days have been given the opportunity to mark their postal votes on the 11th and 12th of September at the district election offices in the district where their place of work is located.
712,319 postal voters have qualified for this year’s presidential election.
