The Human Rights Commission says that the series of guidelines issued to the public officials for the free and fair conduct of the presidential election will be issued by tomorrow (2).
Its commissioner lawyer Mr. Nimal Punchihewa mentioned that the officials of the ten human rights regional offices around the island have been informed about it.
