A fundamental rights petition has been submitted to the Supreme Court requesting that an order be issued to prevent the holding of the presidential election as currently prescribed until the date of the presidential election is interpreted by the court.
It is stated that this petition has been submitted by Mr. CD Lenawa, an entrepreneur.
It is said that the petition has requested the Supreme Court to interpret the tenure of the current President according to the Constitution.
