According to the National Building Research Organization, the air quality has decreased in several districts of the country.
It is due to the prevailing hot weather.
The department mentioned that the districts of Kurunegala, Badulla and Anuradhapura are among them.
Accordingly, it is stated that the air quality is 102 units in Kurunegala, 106 units in Badulla and 104 units in Anuradhapura.
The responsible agencies inform the people of those areas to be careful regarding the existing situation.
