Mr. Srilal Nonis, Director of Education of the Western Province, said that the examinations that were to be held tomorrow (15) will not be held in all the schools in the Western Province.
Mr. Srilal Nonis also said that the subjects of the third term examination which was scheduled to be held in national schools, provincial schools and aided schools in the Western Province have been postponed to the 21st and 22nd of this month.
Accordingly, the provincial director of education said that the subjects of mathematics, Sinhala, Tamil, Arts, Dancing and English, which were scheduled to be held for grades 9, 10 and 11, will be held on the 21st and 22nd of this month.
