According to the National Election Commission, all presidential candidates have been facilitated to distribute their manifesto to voters through mail.
Its chairman Mr. RMAL Ratnayake said that the facility has been provided free of charge.
He mentioned that the candidates have the ability to distribute their manifesto as well as the necessary documents to the people free of charge through postal service.
