United Petroleum Company has started its operations in Sri Lanka yesterday (22).
The ceremony was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Kanchana Wijesekera, Minister of Power and Energy.
They are entering the country’s fuel market and will start distributing fuel from 150 fuel filling stations in September.
Australian company United Petroleum is the fourth company to enter the fuel market in Sri Lanka after the Lanka Indian Oil Company (IOC), Sinopec Company, RM Parks – Shell Company.
No matter how many companies comes in, the prices will be the same
