Samagi Jana Balawega Kandy District Member of Parliament Mr. Velu Kumar joined President Ranil Wickramasinghe in support today.
He who came to Mr. Ranil Wickramasinghe’s office at Flower Road shortly before Ranil left to hand over the nominations for the presidential election, has declared that he will support the president.
Mr. Velu Kumar, a prominent member of the Samagi Jana Balavegaya, who represents the estates population, won the general election held in August 2015 and entered the Parliament for the first time.
He won the general election held in 2019 and entered the parliament representing Samagi Jana Balawega.
