The transport authorities inform that there are enough bus and train services for the people who have gone to the villages and come back to Colombo for the New Year.
Accordingly, the Sri Lanka Transport Board states that buses have been deployed from today (15).
Ceylon Private Bus Owners Association says that about 10% of private buses will be added to the service.
Meanwhile, some special trains have been added to run from today (15).
The railway department states that those special trains will continue until the 17th.
