The Gampola Police Station has received a complaint that 25 kg of explosives have gone missing from a work site of the Moragolla Hydroelectric Power Plant project.
In the complaint made to the police by a security officer of the hydroelectric power plant project, it is stated that a stock of ammonia nitrate has gone missing. The police suspect that this stock of explosives has been stolen by someone.
