Mr. Erik Solheim, the former Minister of Meteorology and Environment of Norway, who has been appointed as World Weather Adviser to President Ranil Wickremesinghe, today met with the former Prime Minister and Member of Parliament, Mr. Mahinda Rapaksha.
In this meeting that took place today (12) in Colombo, Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa congratulated Mr. Solheim on his appointment as World Weather Adviser to President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
In that discussion, special attention was paid to the economic crisis that our country is currently facing.
Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa says that Norwegian investors were invited to invest in Sri Lanka.
Mr. Solheim has emphasized that Norway will give its maximum support to Sri Lanka.
