Yesterday evening, Welikada police officers arrested three people who came to sell 40 stolen golden colour brass balls that were used to hang the window curtains and fix them to the wall to a antique goods store. They were stolen after the protesters entered the presidential palace on the 9th.
The suspects are 28, 34 and 37 years old. Welikada Police stated that all three of them are residents of Obeysekarapura, Rajagiriya.
