The National Water Supply and Drainage Board requests its customers to register to receive water bills by email.
Its Deputy General Manager of Commerce Piyal Padmanatha states that registration can be done by sending the water supply account number and email address to 0719399999.
He said the National Water Supply and Drainage Board was in crisis due to lack of paper to print the bills.
However, the board has the paperwork required to print water bills for the next three months, the Deputy General Manager of Commerce added.
