Neurological patients must take both doses of Covid, said Dr. Gamini Pathirana, President of the Association of Specialist Physicians.
He added that patients with neurological disorders such as stroke and epilepsy should also take regular medications, whether or not they have Covid infection.
Dr. Gamini Pathirana, a specialist in neurology, said that covid vaccines provide protection to neurological patients as well as other patients.
He said that if a neurological patient develops Kovid, he needs immediate medical attention.
