Minister of Cultural Affairs Mr. Vidura Wickramanayake says that the necessary steps are being taken to make the ‘Hevisi play’ a world heritage.
He said this while attending a function to appreciate traditional Hevisi musicians.
The ceremony was held at Welimada Dambawinna Purana Rajamaha Vihara.
Here, Welimada Uva Paranagama traditional Hevisi musicians have been evaluated.
