A few moments ago, President Ranil Wickramasinghe has stated that the resettlement of displaced persons should be completed by the year 2025.
He emphasizes that the existing problem of resettlement of displaced people cannot be carried forward.
The President said this while addressing the Jaffna and Kilinochchi District Special Development Coordination Committee meeting.
The President also instructed the officers to prepare a plan for that.
