Here is the Complete List of VAT Liable and VAT Non-Liable Items

The list of items removed from the Value Added Tax (VAT) Exemption List and the list of items exempt from VAT with effect from 01 January 2024 is presented to Parliament today.

The VAT Amendment Act was passed with amendments in Parliament today.

Accordingly, some items that were previously charged 0% VAT will be taxed at 18% from January 1, 2024.
