The officers of the Criminal Investigation Department, who are investigating the HUMAN IMMUNOGLOBULIN antibody vaccine fraud, have today recorded a lengthy statement from two directors of the Ministry of Finance.
These statements have been recorded from the Deputy Director of the State Finance Department and the Deputy Director of the Financial Development Department of the Ministry of Finance on a permission obtained from the Maligakanda Magistrate Court.
