Two people who went fishing in Siyambalanduwa lake drowned and died this afternoon.
Two residents of Usgalasiyambalangamuwa, aged 20 and 49, have died.
According to Galgamuwa Police, Siyambalangamuwa Lake is overflowing due to heavy rain these days. The police say that these two persons drowned while fishing near the outlet of the lake.
