Former Member of Parliament, Sri Lanka Freedom Party Haputale Constituency Organizer Mr. Udith Lokubandara has left for Maldives to congratulate the new political upheaval with the appointment of the new President of Maldives and for a special bilateral discussion.
Along with the congratulations of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, he presented the congratulations of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party Chairman, the 6th Executive President Maithripala Sirisena to the new President of Maldives.
At the same time, the former president’s book ‘Pollonnaruwa’ was also presented.
Also, Mr. Udith Lokubandara held special discussions with the Minister of the New President’s Office of the Maldives Mr. Adam Ramees, the Majority Party Leader of the country’s Parliament Mr. Abdul Jabir, the Chief of the Maldives Army Major General Abdul Rahim, the Chief of Police of the Maldives Mr. Naveen Ismail.
