The Kandy Police has started an investigation to arrest 07 youths who raped a 15-year-old schoolgirl resident of Aruppala, Kandy.
The police say that this student was raped for the first time in 2021 in a forested area behind a temple in Sirimalwatte, Kandy. Then in April 2022 on the banks of Mahaweli River near a temple in Aruppala, in October 2022 in Dodamwala, Kandy, in July 2023 in Aruppala, Kandy, and in the same month in a temple, this student was repeatedly raped by 07 people.
Investigations have revealed that all these 07 persons have committed this crime by having a love relationship with this student and she has also become a victim of this crime willingly.
Police say that being with a female child under 16 years of age is considered rape. According to that, the police say that they are starting the investigation to arrest these 07 youths.
For child rape, as thus has become a normal thing and inorder to stop this the best is to castrate all big or small, if not this canot be stopped.
What I mentioned is people who commit rape should be castrated.
