    A group from Sri Lanka to train on citrus cultivation in Japan

    The Foreign Employment Bureau states that a cooperation agreement was signed to send a group of Sri Lankans as agricultural trainees in Japan.

    The Foreign Employment Bureau also states that Sri Lankans are recruited as interns in Japan’s Ehime Prefecture, where they will be able to develop technical skills in citrus cultivation and other fields.

    Each agreement was signed by Mr. Nakamura, the Secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Foreign Employment in Japan and the Governor of Ehime Prefecture in Japan.
