The period for calling online applications from teachers for the evaluation of the General Certificate of Education A-level examination has been extended.
The Commissioner General of Examinations Mr. Amith Jayasundara mentioned that the period which was supposed to end at midnight on the 02nd has been extended till 12 midnight today (04).
He stated that there is still an opportunity for teachers to apply for the evaluation of answer sheets related to 12 A/L subjects.
Under this, these applications will be called from teachers related to the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Agriculture, Biology, Combined Mathematics, Communication and Media Studies, Business Studies, Engineering Technology, Biosystems Technology, Science and Technology and English.
Retired teachers can also apply for the evaluation of A/L answer sheets.
The Commissioner General of Examinations said that, such applications will be called through the online system from teachers who retired after December 31, 2022.
