A husband and wife quarrel went so far that the husband killed his wife with a sharp weapon and tried to commit suicide by jumping from the third floor of the apartment complex where they lived.
This incident occurred in the Borella Serpentine apartment complex last night (13).
A 32-year-old mother of two has been killed. Her husband is currently receiving treatment in the emergency department of the Colombo National Hospital. This couple lived in a rented house in this apartment complex.
