The Colombo High Court has ordered the temporary lifting of the foreign travel ban imposed on Member of Parliament Udaya Gammanpila.
That was after considering a motion presented by him.
He has been accused of breach of trust by making a fake attorney license and misappropriating Rs. 21 million by selling company shares belonging to an Australian businessman called Brian Shaddick.
The travel ban has been imposed in relation to that case.
