Annual reports and performance reports submitted to Parliament are submitted to Parliament only through soft copy.
As paper is widely used in the Parliament, it was decided to use soft copies of the necessary reports in the Parliament in order to reduce the use of paper due to the import of paper and related financial constraints in the past.
