Vehicle registration fees are increased

Vehicle registration fees, including motor vehicle registration fees, have been raised with effect from tomorrow (18).

Accordingly, the registration fee for a motor vehicle on a normal basis is Rs.2,000.

The registration fee is Rs 3,000 on a priority basis.

The registration fee has been revised to Rs 4,000 on a one-day basis.

Meanwhile, late registration fees were also put under several categories.
