A well-known Kandy businessman who is the owner of many businesses committed suicide today by shooting himself in the head in his office room in Digana.
Mangala Gunawardena, a businessman residing in Pallekele, Kandy, committed suicide. Among the people, he is known as Digana Mangala.
The police say that this businessman, who is the owner of a car dealership and a pawning center, has also engaged in a money lending business.
