Following a clash between two groups of inmates at the Welikanda Kandakadu Rehabilitation Center, the police and the army have launched a joint operation to arrest more than 100 inmates who have escaped.
A conflict between two groups occurred in the Kandakadu rehabilitation center last night where drug addicts have been referred for rehabilitation on court orders.
