Six people, including Madhavi Anthony and her husband, have been arrested today for allegedly attending a birthday party of beautician and show coordinator Chandimal Jayasinghe in violation of quarantine laws, police said.
Among them are Chandimal’s mother, a cousin and a driver.
They have been arrested today by several police teams.
Accordingly, 21 persons who participated in the party have been arrested and the other 15 have been released on bail.
