Pathum Kerner, an activist of the struggle who was wanted by the police for assaulting military personnel and stealing firearms near the entrance of the Parliament, has surrendered to the Colombo Crimes Division a little while ago.
He has been arrested by the officers of the Colombo Crime Division.
