The All Ceylon Three Wheeler Trade Union Alliance is requesting the government to provide some grace period for the payment of lease installments for three-wheeler drivers.
Its chairman Lalith Dharmasekera said three-wheeler drivers had lost their livelihoods due to waiting in queues for fuel.
Therefore, a situation has arisen where it is not possible to pay lease installments for three-wheeler drivers, he said.
Due to this Lalith Dharmasekera requested the government to give some relief to the three-wheeler drivers to pay the leasing installments.
