The Sapugaskanda refinery which was closed for about two months will be reactivated tomorrow with the unloading of a stock of crude oil.
It had been closed since March 20.
Accordingly, the Sapugaskanda refinery will commence fuel production in six days, said Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera.
Meanwhile, the stocks of fuel available today are as follows, the Minister said.
Diesel – 23022 MT
Super Diesel – 2588 MT
92 Pet – 39968 MT
95 Pet – 7112 MT
JET A1 – 3578 MT
