Kanchana Wijesekera, Minister of Power and Energy has released a list of areas where fuel was distributed from Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals at midnight yesterday (25).
He says that the distribution of fuel is dynamic, giving priority to filling stations that do not supply fuel one day.
Delivery is based on the orders requested by the filling station owners.
The order lists will be handed over to the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation and the Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminal then issue fuel on an emergency basis, the Minister said.
