A man has broken into the house of a businessman residing in the Kolluwatta area in Pilapitiya, Kelaniya, killed the businessman and robbed him of money.
The robbery took place yesterday.
The 69-year-old businessman was killed while sleeping at home, police spokesman SSP Nihal Thalduwa said.
