The Tourism Development Authority has decided to give foreigners the opportunity to organize weddings in the Sinharaja Forest and in Cultural Triangle.
The Tourism Development Authority is confident that Sri Lanka will be able to attract more foreign tourists if they gonna believe Sri Lanka as one of the safest destinations for weddings.
The authority also hopes that this will be an opportunity for foreign tourists who wish to organize their wedding in a different way.
The Tourism Development Authority says that this will also help in the development of the wedding industry in the country.
