Chairman of the Agriculture and Agrarian Insurance Board Attorney-at-Law Premachandra Epa has resigned.
He had submitted his resignation letter to the Minister of Agriculture yesterday.
The exact reason for the resignation has not yet been revealed. However, the employees of the Agricultural Insurance Board have been protesting against him in recent days.
