Director of the Colombo Crimes Division SSP Mr. G. J. Nandana has been transferred as the Personal Assistant to Senior DIG Ranmal Kodithuwakku in charge of the Medical and Field Force Headquarters with immediate effect.
The transfer has been implemented with the approval of the Secretary to the Ministry of Public Defense on the recommendation of the IGP.
The reason for the transfer has not yet been revealed. An officer has not yet been appointed to fill the vacancy left by him.
