A member of the Palindanuwara Pradeshiya Sabha has died in a fatal road accident on the Meepe – Ingiriya road last evening (04).
A 50-year-old woman has died in such a manner when her motorcycle collided with a tripper in the Uluketiya area in Angampitiya.
The driver of the Tripper has been arrested in connection with the accident.
Padukka Police are conducting further investigations.
