Presidential Secretary P. B. Jayasundera informed Secretary of the Ministry of Public Service, Provincial Councils and Local Government. Mr. J. J. Ratnasiri to call all the public servants to duty as usual from August 2, 2021, subjecting to the Covid Health Care Guidelines.
This was stated in a statement issued by the Presidential Media Unit.
The Secretary to the President has also instructed to call all the staff on a circular basis to facilitate the control of Covid disease and to cancel all circulars issued regarding duties of work from home.
