Sri Lanka’s total Covid -19 deaths crossed 4000 yesterday with the announcement of 43 fatalities.
So far 4002 people have died of Covid -19.
Most of them died after the eruption of the third wave which is commonly called ‘Aluth Avurudu cluster’.
