Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe is set to make a special statement on the Battalanda Presidential Commission Report the day after tomorrow (16), following its tabling in Parliament after 25 years.
According to several local media reports, Wickremesinghe is expected to reveal key details regarding the report’s findings as well as the recommendations made by the commission.
His response comes after Leader of the House, Minister Bimal Rathnayake, tabled the report in Parliament earlier today.
